    • Fixed: the speed controller now attaches on sites where the video starts loading before it's ready (readyState 0), including YouTube and various streaming players.
    • Added multiple media-ready events (loadeddata, loadedmetadata, canplay, canplaythrough, playing) plus a safety timeout, so the controller no longer fails to appear on slow/streamed videos.
    • Improved injection into cross-origin/opaque iframes (match_origin_as_fallback).
    • Removed leftover debug code; smaller bundle.
