by Namecito, a year agoIt never worked since I installed it like 3 weeks ago. My case is the same than the one of the previous reviewer. I need it mostly for one website. When trying to enable it I get the same error: "Network error..." Firefox and add-on are updated, 115.26.0es and 1.2.9 respectively. Not using any other proxy or VPN.
Update due to developer's reply: I'll contact you providing info on the questions asked. I would like to add that I just tried the Chrome extension and it works. So it might be something related specifically to Firefox.
Update 2: I solved it. When filling up the support request I decided to give it a last try and discovered that when installing the add-on there's a fugacious message I can't read nor accept that precedes the aforementioned error. So I recorded my screen and play in slow motion and saw there's a message asking for permissions. After googling I went to the add-ons page and selected the extension and then its Permissions tab and enabled them and it worked. Might be kind of a bug that prevents the message to stop.

Are you using any other extensions for privacy/security purposes? Do you have any antivirus or firewall app installed? - Rated 4 out of 5by _BoneZ_, 22 days agoI had the same issue as others. Spinning circle after install. However, once I removed it and installed it again, what I was missing was the confirmation button at the bottom of the first page that opens up, then on the next page it asks you to log in. Once logged in, THEN the extension icon worked correctly.
At least for a paid person. Not sure how that's supposed to work with the free version.Developer response

The extension keeps loading loading and loading. I tried to uninstall and reinstall it but it didn't work.
The Proton VPN in my MacOS works completely fine but I don't want to use that.Developer response

But this extension? It is more worthless than a boat on land.
The problem is that it never loads anything and just displays a window with a spinning circle on it, and the circle keeps spinning till I crash out and delete the extension.
Here's the process:
1. I pin this extension and then click on its icon
2. A small window appears and its loads... something.
3. It keeps loading.
4. It keeps loading.
Forever.
Yes, I reinstalled it multiple times.
Yes, I updated firefox.
I even rebooted once. Did not work at all. The ProtonVPN Linux CLI did though so its definitely not a network issue on my side.Developer response
