The good: - does what it says - cross-platform sync works well most of the time - free tier more than enough for most use cases - open source + self-hosting options
The bad: - the UX is bad and inconsistent, and hasn't improved for years. you get sort of used to it - serious performance issues with some "dynamic" pages (home assistant in my case) - was recently bought out by a private equity firm
