END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1. LICENSE GRANT
   Subject to your compliance with the terms of this Agreement, the Developer grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
   a) Install and use the Free Tier features of the Software on any device.
   b) If a valid Premium License Key has been purchased via authorized channels (e.g. Ko-fi), install and activate the Premium Pro Tier features for personal or internal business use.
2. RESTRICTIONS
   You shall not:
   a) Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the source code.
   b) Resell, redistribute, rent, or lease the Software or License Keys to third parties.
   c) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or copyright markers within the Software.
3. PRIVACY & LOCAL STORAGE
   The Software operates locally on your browser. Custom search engines, hotkeys, and history logs are stored strictly locally via browser storage APIs and are never transmitted to external servers.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
