Multi-Product Comparator does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.


When you add a product to your compare list, the extension stores the following in your browser's session storage:

• Product name
• Product page URL
• List of shop names on that product page

This data exists only in your browser and is automatically cleared when you close the browser.

• No personal information
• No browsing history
• No analytics or tracking
• No cookies

The extension makes no requests to third-party servers. On idealo's local-offers view, clicking "Add to Compare" fetches the standard offer list of the same product from the site you are already on (same origin, using your existing session) to read shop names. Nothing is sent anywhere else; all stored data stays local to your browser.
