About this extension
The Internal Link Analyzer is a lightweight, privacy-focused SEO and development tool designed to give you instant insights into how any webpage links to itself and other internal pages.
With a single click, the extension seamlessly injects a clean, non-intrusive sidebar into your current tab, displaying a comprehensive breakdown of all internal links found on the page.
Key Features:
1) Deep Contextual Classification: Discover exactly where links are placed. The analyzer categorizes links by their structural DOM position, instantly telling you if a link is sitting in the Header, Navigation, Footer, a Paragraph, a List, an Image alt tag, or a specific Heading (H1-H6).
2) Anchor Text Aggregation: See exactly which anchor texts are being used to point to specific internal URLs, making it incredibly easy to audit your internal link SEO strategy.
3) Smart Jump-Mark Detection: Automatically identifies and highlights same-page jump-links vs. cross-page anchor links, and flags empty or non-functional jump-marks (e.g., href="#").
4) Sort, Search, and Filter: Instantly filter thousands of links using the built-in search bar to find exactly the URL or anchor text you are auditing.
5) Data Export: Need the data for an SEO audit? Export all aggregated link data, counts, contexts, and URLs directly to a structured .CSV file with one click.
6) Native Dark Mode: Fully supports both light and dark modes with a quick-toggle switch right in the UI.
Privacy First: This extension operates 100% locally within your browser. It does not track your browsing history, it does not send data to any external servers, and it does not use any third-party analytics.
