FloatSub collects no personal information by default.

Your display preferences (font size, colour, opacity, bubble position) are
stored in your browser's built-in sync storage, which may sync across your
devices via your browser account. These preferences are never transmitted to us.

FloatSub reads subtitle text already present on the page you are watching in
order to display it in the floating bubble. This text is processed entirely on
your device, is never stored, and is never transmitted anywhere.

If you purchase a premium licence, your licence key is sent to our verification
service (Supabase) solely to confirm the purchase and enforce activation limits.
We do not collect your email address or any other personal information.
Payments are processed by Gumroad under their own privacy policy.
