Local file processing

The Crest Convert browser extension processes the files you select locally on your device. Selected files and converted outputs are not uploaded to Crest Convert or any third party.

Data collection

The extension does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit personal information, browsing history, file contents, filenames, conversion activity, or analytics data.

Permissions

The extension does not request access to your browsing history, websites, tabs, identity, location, clipboard, or cloud storage. Files are selected directly by you, and converted files are saved through a download that you initiate.

Accounts, advertising, and tracking

The extension does not require an account and does not use advertising, cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling.

Changes to this policy

If the extension's data practices change, this policy and the relevant extension store disclosures will be updated before the extension update is published.
