Text entered into the add-on is processed locally inside the Firefox popup. The add-on makes no network requests, requests no host or Firefox permissions, uses no analytics, creates no account, and does not save input or output to browser storage.

The popup includes optional links to external CleanShare pages. Those pages operate under their own published practices. No text from the add-on is included in those links or transmitted when a link is opened.

Pattern matching can miss unusual formats or flag harmless text. Users should review all sanitized output before sharing it. The add-on is a preparation aid, not a compliance certification or legal assessment.
