AI Writing Assistant — Privacy Policy

This extension does not collect, store, sell, or transmit your personal data to the developer. There are no developer servers and no analytics.

What is accessed: only the text you select, and only when you click an action (Refine, Reply, Translate, Tone, Draft, etc.). For received-email Reply, the selected message is used as context to draft your reply and is never modified.

Where it goes: the selected text is sent directly from your browser to Google's Gemini API (generativelanguage.googleapis.com) using your own API key, to generate the result, which is returned to you. It does not pass through any server operated by the developer. Google's handling is governed by Google's own privacy policy and API terms.

Stored locally on your device only (browser storage): your API key, preferences, prompts, snippets, and custom buttons. None of this is transmitted anywhere. Uninstalling removes it.

The extension runs only on Gmail, WhatsApp Web, LinkedIn, Alibaba, and Bitrix24, to show its toolbar and insert results. No cookies, trackers, ads, or data selling. Your data is not used to train any model.
